Very small orders and difficult or time-consuming installations, such as shutters and skylight shades, carry an installation fee. There are always installation charges for replacement windows and doors.
We can repair most problems with windows and doors that King Shade & Window has installed but are unable to repair products that we did not install.
We are unable to repair glass. Most general-line glass companies can replace glass in windows and doors.
Due to limited staff and potential liability issues, we install and service only products that we have sold to our customers.
We can replace damaged or worn mesh in unbroken screen frames, but we are unable to fabricate replacement screens.
Yes, all installations are done by our staff. We do not outsource installations.
We are able to repair many types of window treatments. If repairs are needed, a verbal description of the problem or a visit to the shop with the broken item will help us determine whether or not we can help. We do not repair blinds in-home.
We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash. We do not have an online payment portal, and do not offer financing.
