I had worked with King Shade as soon as we moved to the house for some immediate help. And the team was great -extremely helpful. Since, we had all the blinds replaced and they have done an awesome job. One call and I was able to schedule an appt for the measurements. They came on time, did the measurements, and even brought the samples to the house, based on what I had requested for. The installation was done, in two phases, just because one floor was ready and we needed the privacy. King shades worked with our timeline and made it really easy for us. If anyone is looking for new storm doors King Shade on Centre St was WONDerful. Very clear info (non pushy) during the sale, and the guys who did the install were terrific with our old non-square house, and friendly to our dog! We had wooden blinds and blackout shades installed over 10 years ago and they’re still fantastic too! Thank you for such wonderful service!

This company is fantastic. Everyone was so flexible and excellent with questions. Most of our windows shipped from the factory in November and instead of making us wait for the one remaining window, they installed our windows in two batches so we could enjoy them (and their warmth!) sooner. I feel like most companies would make you wait so all the windows could go in at once. We really appreciated this individual attention.

I have been a customer of King Shade for years. All the shades in my home were installed by them as well as my storm doors. I just had 16 windows on my first floor replaced in December and never bothered to get a quote from any other company. I knew the price quoted by King would be reasonable and the quality of the product would be excellent. I wasn't disappointed on either count. King Shade is a local company and Melissa and George are wonderful to work with. Not knowing anything at all about windows, I had plenty of questions and they addressed all my concerns. In the spring I am going to have them replace 9 windows on my second floor as well as new window shades. The installation crew is very professional. There were 4 installers, and the installation was completed in only 4 hours. They showed up on time and cleaned up when the job was done. I am absolutely delighted with my new windows (I also notice how much warmer my house is now!) and I highly recommend King Shade for your window replacement.
